Position: Third-Party Transportation Coordinator Role
Become the Third-Party Transportation Coordinator for Certarus in Calgary, AB, and manage essential logistics functions while aiming to improve carrier interactions across Canada and the USA. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with onsite support.

In this pivotal position, you'll coordinate third-party carrier services and manage daily operational protocols. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are crucial as you interface with carriers and internal teams to uphold high service standards. Your organizational talents will directly contribute to the efficiency of operations at Certarus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise operational tasks for the Third-Party Carrier Management program

• Address daily inquiries from carriers and drivers

• Assist in third-party driver onboarding and compliance checks

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable on invoicing issues

• Monitor and report on carrier performance metrics

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a transportation function

• Education in Business Administration or equivalent required

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Familiarity with transportation management systems

• Experience in logistics or vendor management is a plus
