This role at 4

SEASONS invites you to connect with students and their families through supportive driving. Your focus will be on establishing a calm environment while adhering to safety standards. Duties include following set routes, conducting pre-trip vehicle inspections, and ensuring overall vehicle cleanliness and readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive students to and from school

• Foster positive relationships with students and school staff

• Maintain a safe and supportive bus environment

• Conduct daily vehicle pre-trip inspections

• Follow established routes using GPS technology

Requirements:

• 6 years of winter driving experience required

• Hold a valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license

• Clear driver’s abstract and pass drug testing

• Effective communication in English both written and verbal

• Availability for both AM and PM shifts
