Hours: 40 to 60 per week (Flexible hours)

Salary: $36.00 per hour

• Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions using computer equipment, GPS, or other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Mountain driving expertise.
• Maintain professionalism in customer service.
• Drive as part of a two‑person team or convoy.
• Oversee vehicle condition and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
• Perform brake adjustments.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs.
• Conduct pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption.
• Tarp cargo and ensure safety and security of goods.
• Transport and handle dangerous goods.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Will train for experience.

• Air Brakes Endorsement

Extended‑length tractor‑trailer combination.
