As a Hi-Rail Boom Truck Operator, your primary responsibilities will include safely operating crane trucks and performing essential inspections to ensure smooth operations on the railway. You will need a minimum of one season of hands-on experience and be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including manual labor. Flexibility for travel is a key part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate crane trucks to handle and lift materials safely

• Perform inspections and ensure machine maintenance

• Keep daily logs and follow safety compliance guidelines

• Assist with manual labor as necessary on job sites

• Communicate essential information via radio systems

Requirements:

• Class 3A driver's license and clean driving abstract

• At least one season experience operating Hi-Rail Boom Trucks

• Quality work boots required for safety

• Pass drug tests and criminal background checks

• Willingness to work in remote locations and flexible shifts
