Class 1 Long Haul Driver Wanted

XTL Transport is looking for 10 skilled Class 1 drivers to manage dedicated routes across North America. This role requires at least two years of long-haul driving experience, including specific winter driving conditions. Candidates must be fluent in English and reside in the Calgary/Airdrie area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive assigned long-haul routes effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during trips

• Manage reefer transportation and product delivery

• Coordinate with the logistics team for optimal route planning

• Stay available for longer hauls and occasional eastward shifts

Requirements:

• Class 1 license with a minimum of 2 years long-haul experience

• 1 year of driving experience across U.S. borders

• Strong English language skills

• Current resident of Calgary or Airdrie

• Valid FAST cards, assistance available for new hires
