Be part of Record Xpress as a Confidential Document Shredding Driver, emphasizing safety and customer satisfaction in service delivery. Engage with clients directly for their document destruction needs.

As a STAR on the Record Xpress team, you will manage the shredding truck, ensuring safe operations and exceptional service to customers.

Your role will involve handling physical demands while interacting directly with clients to meet their needs. You will work four days a week with 10-hour shifts, focusing on driving and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive to client locations for shredding services

• Operate the truck and machinery effectively

• Maintain a clean service bay environment

• Respond to customer questions and service needs

• Complete vehicle checks and routine maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma

• A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good record

• 1-2 years in face-to-face customer service

• Proficiency in communication and mechanical tasks

• Capable of lifting and performing physical labor
