Bulk Truck Operator for Commercial Explosives

Join Dyno Nobel as a Bulk Truck Operator based in Eskay Creek, BC, focusing on the safe delivery of commercial explosives. This role involves 12-hour shifts and a fly-in/fly-out schedule.

As a Bulk Truck Operator, you will manage the loading, unloading, and transportation of explosive products while adhering to strict safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include maintaining driver records, managing inventories, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The position requires a solid understanding of basic mechanical skills and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery vehicles on various terrains safely

• Load and unload explosives efficiently at sites

• Maintain accurate records concerning explosive handling

• Follow safety procedures on-site and while driving

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 license with Air Brakes certification

• Minimum of 12 months commercial driving experience

• Experience with explosives preferred but not mandatory

• Strong communication skills in English

• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
