Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role requires ensuring safe transportation for groups and maintaining the shuttle's cleanliness. You will need to quickly adapt to changing conditions while providing engaging service to guests. The role requires adherence to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission regulations and maintaining excellent public relations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport groups to and from the resort
• Ensure cleanliness inside and outside of the shuttle
• Check shuttle safety before picking up guests
• Promote exceptional patron service
• Welcome and assist guests, answering inquiries
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with abstract
• 3-5 years of shuttle service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for shift work
• Ability to work independently or in a team
