WINS Moving Associate

Make a difference as a Moving Associate with WINS in Calgary, facilitating donations and deliveries in a meaningful way. Partner with WINS drivers to enhance donor experiences and assist clients.

In this vital role, you will support the Donation Centre team as you pick up and deliver individual and corporate donations. Working alongside a Driver/Mover, ensure all items are handled respectfully and securely to maintain positive relationships with donors and clients. Your expertise in logistics will help uphold WINS' mission of connecting women and families with essential resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet donors warmly during pickup and delivery

• Evaluate donations to ensure quality standards

• Collaborate with Inventory Associates on unloading donations

• Maintain truck cleanliness and functionality

• Safely stack and secure items for transport

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Calgary transportation routes

• Customer service orientation and empathy

• Ability to lift up to 100lbs as part of a team

• Effective communication skills in English

• CSA approved steel-toed safety boots
