Position: Logistics Coordinator at Superior Propane
Step into a pivotal role at Superior Propane as a Logistics Coordinator. This position focuses on dispatch management and successful order fulfillment in a supportive hybrid work environment.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee Driver schedules to ensure timely customer deliveries. With a minimum of three years in logistics, you will troubleshoot delivery issues and enhance operational efficiency while fostering collaboration with Field Management. Your commitment to customer service will be instrumental in maintaining communication during delivery challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily Driver schedules for effective order fulfillment

• Troubleshoot and address Driver routing issues promptly

• Confirm delivery appointments and perform account maintenance

• Collaborate with Field Management on daily operations

• Maintain data integrity within ADD ERP System

Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 education with logistics certification preferred

• Three years logistics and dispatch experience required

• Superior verbal communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Knowledge of safety regulations in transportation
