Baggage Handling Associate at BEUMER

Engage in critical baggage operations as a Baggage Handling Associate with BEUMER Group. Manage jams and ensure smooth flow of baggage in a dynamic airport environment.

In this role, you will play an essential part in our automated baggage handling systems, addressing system failures and ensuring seamless baggage processing. Key responsibilities involve inducting, scanning, and clearing bags while monitoring the flow of baggage to meet operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Induct bags methodically onto the Baggage System

• Address jams immediately to prevent damage

• Monitor and clear blockages in the system

• Hand scan bags and assist in keyboard mode as needed

• Perform physical baggage handling during system failures

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting

• Technical Certificate preferred but not required

• RAIC Security Clearance, or ability to obtain it

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Prior baggage handling experience is an asset
