This role at Unifi Aviation requires hands-on management of manpower and equipment assignments within the bagroom. Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to meet performance metrics while emphasizing safety and employee engagement. You will coach staff, investigate incidents, and conduct necessary inspections to maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bagroom manpower allocation

• Assign GSE to ensure proper functionality

• Coach and mentor bagroom staff

• Conduct daily inspections and report on performance

• Collaborate with airline partners for operational success

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent necessary

• At least 18 years old

• Clear Restricted Area Identification Card required

• Valid Driver’s License essential

• Experience in aviation operations preferred
