Seasons Transportation as a Special Needs School Bus Driver, where you will ensure safe transport for students with disabilities while fostering a compassionate and supportive environment.

This role provides an opportunity to make a daily difference in the lives of students. You'll drive with care, create a safe space on your bus, and build lasting relationships with both students and families. 4

Seasons offers comprehensive training and a take-home vehicle for convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students with disabilities to and from school

• Foster positive, professional relationships with students and their families

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the bus's operational status

• Aid students with boarding and securing mobility devices

• Follow scheduled routes using GPS technology

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of winter driving experience

• Valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s licence required

• Clear driving record and ability to pass background checks

• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

• Availability for AM and PM shifts from Monday–Friday
