Key Responsibilities:

• Organize customs arrangements and airport access

• Coordinate handling arrangements and aircraft cleaning

• Communicate flight details to crew members

• Monitor international trip planning requirements

• Support crew travel logistics, including after-hours

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum one year experience in aviation logistics

• Understanding of Transport Canada regulations

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office

• Flight Dispatcher examinations completion is beneficial
