Carson Air invites applications for the First Officer position to assist the Captain in safe and efficient flight operations. This role is ideal for pilots eager to gain invaluable flying experience while enjoying a great work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule. Fly 2-3 times weekly and return home each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Captain during flights

• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations

• Participate in ongoing pilot training programs

• Maintain effective communication with crew

• Promote a safety-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Possess a commercial pilot license with multi IFR rating

• Preferred 500 hours of total flight time

• Desired 100 hours of multi-engine flight experience

• No prior Transport Canada violations

• Strong communication and organizational abilities
