  • Build advanced skills in multi-engine, IMC, and mountain operations while hand-flying when appropriate
  • Uphold a strong safety culture and professional communication with operations and customers
What You Bring

Why You’ll Love It
  • Predictable Monday–Friday rotation with schedules known in advance
  • Typically fly 2–3 times per week and return to home base daily
  • Competitive compensation with ongoing training and mentorship
  • Clear pathways for internal advancement within a stable, long‑standing cargo operation
  • Outstanding experience‑building in multi‑crew, IFR, and mountain environments
Important Notes
  • Successful applicants must sign a Training Bond Agreement unless already type rated on the SW4
