Service/Parts Advisor

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Calgary office who has experience with managing the parts for trucks and trailers.
We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience and strong work ethics.
- Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels
- Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department
- Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules
- Enter repair and maintenance work into the company's database
- Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance
- Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due
- Valid G license to pick up parts from dealerships as needed
- Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop.
- Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise

- Minimum one-year experience as parts clerk/coordinator
- Hard worker with a positive attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work extended hours and on weekends
- Valid G class license
- Preferred post-secondary education
