Aircraft Tow Team Supervisor at Unifi

Assume the role of Aircraft Tow Team Supervisor at Unifi, overseeing the safe and timely movement of aircraft. This position focuses on safety and guest experience within aviation ground operations.

In this leadership position, you will guide a team responsible for managing aircraft movements at the airport. Collaborating closely with Dispatch Coordinators and Duty Managers, you will ensure adherence to safe operational practices and maintain communication with customers regarding aircraft priorities. Your experience and skills will enable you to conduct quality inspections and risk assessments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise aircraft movement operations safely

• Lead safety briefings and delegate tasks effectively

• Utilize Unifi’s software for updating operations status

• Ensure all movements are completed on time

• Coordinate fleet maintenance and inspections

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum one year of aviation ground operations experience preferred

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Must pass safety training and lift over 70 lbs

• Strong leadership and communication skills essential
