Take charge of waste management as a Medical Waste Route Driver, committed to safety and service excellence. This role is key in ensuring customers receive timely, compliant waste pickups.
You will be responsible for managing assigned routes, considering customer needs, and navigating various regulatory guidelines.
Your role requires efficient planning, execution of pick-ups, and maintaining safety standards while transporting materials. You’ll maintain direct communication with your team for optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage routes for accurate and safe pickups
• Ensure compliance with waste transport regulations
• Plan daily schedules using routing software
• Load and unload waste securely at sites
• Complete required paperwork and driver logs
Requirements:
• 0-1 years of route driving or related experience
• Class 5 driver's license with a great driving record
• High School Diploma or GED desirable
• Strong interaction skills with clients
• Ability to handle physical duties in various environments
