Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop aviation team members

• Oversee and execute all company aviation missions

• Ensure adherence to safety and aviation regulations

• Develop safety programs and risk management strategies

• Act as the main contact for aviation operations with stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2000 hours PIC on large turbine aircraft

• 15+ years in corporate aviation leadership

• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree

• Strong technical aviation knowledge

• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills
