This role offers flexible shifts tailored to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a full G license and strong customer service skills. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Federal Express Canada operations is an asset, along with the ability to lift 70 lbs and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver packages to predetermined routes
• Review orders thoroughly prior to delivery
• Load and unload delivery vehicle safely
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients
• Manage time effectively and multitask under pressure
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license
• Bilingual in French and English (if in Quebec)
• Minimum one year customer service experience preferred
• Ability to complete mandatory training assessments
