Develop advanced flying skills, including hand-flying and mountain operations, within a supportive team framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Captain for safe, compliant flight operations

• Operate turbine-powered Metroliner in IFR settings

• Enforce SOPs and checklist procedures diligently

• Conduct performance calculations and weather checks

• Foster strong communication with team and clients

Requirements:

• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with Multi-Engine IFR

• No Transport Canada violations on record

• 100+ hours in multi-engine flying preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Aviation diploma or related training preferred
