As a Ramp Agent, you'll lead daily loading and unloading activities, while mentoring a dedicated team of cargo handlers. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee loading and unloading of aircraft
• Model best practices and mentor cargo handlers
• Handle Canadian customs paperwork when required
• Ensure safety compliance during operational duties
• Communicate effectively with team and management
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• Six months of experience with aircraft operations
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs with support
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record
• Must meet R.C.M.P. assessment standards
