As a Floater Driver, you will play a critical role in transporting students safely across various routes in Calgary. Your work will primarily occur during split shifts, allowing for a balanced personal life. With competitive daily pay and additional bonuses, SOUTHLAND recognizes your hard work. You will also undergo training for special needs transportation, ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport students on their respective routes
• Complete required wheelchair and equipment training
• Follow schedule and maintain route accuracy
• Perform auxiliary tasks as designated during shifts
• Maintain communication and proper radio usage
Requirements:
• Must hold a Class 2S driver’s license
• A clean abstract with 4 demerits or fewer
• Capability to handle all driving conditions
• Strong focus on student safety and customer service
• Willingness to engage in various duties as assigned
