As a Line Service Ramp Agent, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our services for pilots and customers. You’ll greet incoming aircraft, assist with parking and help fulfill pilots' requests. A keen focus on safety, reliability, and exceptional service in a dynamic outdoor environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet incoming aircraft and prepare them for service

• Function as a wing walker for safe aircraft movement

• Fulfill service requests efficiently from pilots

• Transport passengers and pilots as needed

• Attend meetings to uphold team performance standards

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service highly valued

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must possess a clean driving record

• Capable of physical tasks such as lifting

• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
