As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will manage logistics by ensuring all shipments are accounted for and properly documented. The role demands 1-2 years of relevant experience and poses the responsibility of loading and unloading shipments following safety protocols. Strong communication skills will aid in your interactions with colleagues and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control and schedule shipments to/from customers and vendors
• Create and track packing slips and work packages
• Ensure safe loading and unloading processes in compliance with safety regulations
• Manage incoming office supplies and equipment stock
• Perform routine checks of mobile equipment
Requirements:
• Preferred experience of 1-2 years in shipping and receiving
• Heavy-duty forklift operational experience is a must
• Basic computer skills and experience with Shipping Apps
• Strong ability to lift 50 lbs and handle heavy equipment
• Effective communicator for teamwork and collaboration
