Delivery Route Operations Trainee
Start in route operations with Uni First Canada, supporting deliveries, truck loading, and customer accounts through practical service training. The schedule runs Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
As a Route Trainee, you will support daily service operations and develop skills for a full-time Route Service Representative role. Uni First’s Service Certificate Program provides hands-on preparation while you learn delivery routines, route coverage, time management, and customer communication. The work includes indoor and outdoor activity, established routes, and face-to-face customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist service teams with loading and unloading trucks
- Transport clean garments and products to customers
- Collect soiled items from customer locations
- Cover established routes during RSR absences
- Maintain safety and professionalism on designated routes
- Valid driver’s license meeting Ministry of Transportation requirements
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or CAEC
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
Develop delivery, route coverage, and customer communication capabilities while supporting Uni First’s service department and future RSR transition.
