Deliver packages efficiently for Fed Ex using safe driving, route organization, and excellent customer service. This interview position supports assigned-route pickups and deliveries.
The Courier provides courteous pickup and delivery service while checking shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service. The position also handles related customer service functions. Strong communication, time management, organization, and multitasking skills support performance. Flexibility is required for different schedules and holidays based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide courteous package pickup and delivery on assigned routes
- Check shipments against Federal Express Canada service features
- Provide related customer service functions
- Maneuver packages using appropriate equipment
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds
- Ability to maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
- One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
