Serve Red Arrow passengers from Calgary with professional communication and safe motorcoach operation. This full-time permanent position travels throughout Alberta.
Keolis Canada is seeking a Motorcoach Operator who creates welcoming travel experiences while managing independent driving responsibilities. You will support passengers, secure luggage, complete inspections, maintain required records, and represent Red Arrow professionally. Scheduled line-runs, charter work, and special assignments require dependable judgment across varying weather, traffic, and roadway conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver professional customer service during passenger journeys
- Operate scheduled, charter, and special-assignment motorcoaches
- Navigate varying weather, traffic, and roadway conditions
- Follow assigned schedules, routes, policies, and procedures
- Represent Red Arrow and Keolis Canada cordially
- Minimum five years of commercial driving experience
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2Q licence with air brakes
- Previous passenger transportation experience strongly preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
