Millborn Seeds Canada is currently looking for a seasonal warehouse team member to join our dynamic team! This is a full-time seasonal opportunity, perfect for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

• Report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Accurately weigh and package seed orders based on blend sheets
• Operate blenders and related seed-handling equipment
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain high attention to detail and follow instructions carefully
• Operate forklifts, load/unload trucks and customer vehicles
• Restock seed inventory with careful attention to accuracy
• Build and verify orders according to packing slips
• Track lot numbers for labeling and quality control
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Wear PPE (provided) as required; steel-toed shoes are mandatory
• Communicate any concerns or issues with the Warehouse Supervisor

• Previous warehouse experience (required)
• Basic math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver’s license, Forklift & WHMIS certifications are a plus

• Physical endurance: standing, walking on concrete, lifting 35–55 lbs
• Assistance/machinery available for items over 55 lbs
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, stooping, or crawling
• Must have the ability to focus visually and adjust to near/distant tasks
