• Plan, organize and oversee warehouse activities to ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner and to meet the needs and expectations of the customers
• Maintain an organized warehouse to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure that the company meets all required legislative regulations with regards to the storage and transportation of dangerous goods
• Make sure that healthy and safe conditions are upheld and that the premises is safe and all equipment is in working order and safe to operate
• Make sure team members are trained as to the company’s mission, policies and quality standards
• Ensure the workforce at the warehouse is effective and efficient in their assigned tasks

• 5 years of multi-team management in manufacturing or distribution setting
• Good knowledge of best practices in distribution within a manufacturing company
• Ability to use JDE or other ERP systems involving distribution modules
• Health and safety mindset to ensure compliance in daily operations
• Excellent leadership and mobilization skills
• Attention to details and rigor
• Language skills: bilinguals in French and English — an asset
