Lead a dedicated warehouse team at Article, an online leader in furniture delivery, earning $26/hr shape warehouse processes and support your colleagues every day.
As a Warehouse Team Lead, you'll unload and organize furniture shipments while coaching your team to enhance productivity and safety compliance. This role operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, focusing on the effective execution of warehouse tasks to meet customer delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and mentor warehouse operations team
• Maintain and analyze key operational metrics
• Efficiently pick and pack furniture orders
• Load and unload trucks with accuracy
• Keep the warehouse clean and systematic
Requirements:
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Relevant lead experience in a warehouse setting
• Capacity to lift merchandise exceeding 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in English communication
• Transport reliability for work shifts
