As a Warehouse Lead, your primary focus will be coordinating activities within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will ensure timely, damage-free loading and unloading, operate machinery, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Your leadership will guide staff in achieving daily goals while adhering to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and direct warehouse operations systematically
• Ensure efficient loading and unloading of shipments
• Operate various machinery safely and effectively

• Coach and guide staff toward daily performance objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• Proven leadership in a warehouse setting
• Ability to establish effective working relationships
• Forklift certification preferred
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
