Warehouse Lead

About the Role

Directs warehouse staff, identifying priorities and planning and coordinating receipt, storage and shipment of all product lines accordingly

Assists in the development and maintenance of efficient and effective operating administrative processes and safety standards

Works with applicable departments to ensure product is delivered in a timely manner

Who We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2+ years’ of related experience

Forklift experience (certification is an asset)

A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative

Had success working in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Organizational skills, communication skills and attention to detail

The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications

The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 55 pounds

The ability to work in inclement weather as required

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Computer literate

A strong commitment to health and safety
