Foreman – Infrastructure; Water & Sewer

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Forklift Operator to join our client’s warehouse team. This temporary-to-permanent position pays $20.21 per hour and requires a sit-down counter-balance forklift license. The shift is 12 PM to 8 PM Monday‑Friday, with training hours 10 AM to 6 PM Monday‑Friday. Priority is given to candidates with at least three years of experience.

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments with precision, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklift equipment.
• Assist with inventory management by organizing stock and maintaining accurate records.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with team members for efficient workflow.
• Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking and packing processes.

• Valid forklift license for sit-down counter-balance forklifts.
• Minimum of three years of forklift operation experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing and inventory control.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory counts.
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution procedures and safety standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team in a warehouse setting.
