This pivotal role demands robust leadership skills along with a deep understanding of KPIs and OHSA regulations. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and maintain safety training protocols while optimizing delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of daily best practices
- Conduct daily cycle counts and empty‑bin walks
- Drive KPI improvements and accountability
- Optimize delivery efficiency and productivity
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse setting
- 3–5 years of related experience with degree preferred
- Knowledge of OHSA and transportation regulations
- ELD experience required
- Ability to lift 25kg to 55+ lbs regularly
- Experience with various warehouse equipment
