Position: Warehouse Supervisor at Refresco
Lead efficient warehouse operations at Refresco as a Warehouse Supervisor. Oversee shipping, receiving, and employee management to meet customer demands in a fast-paced environment.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will report to the Warehouse Manager and have a critical role in daily logistics. You will ensure optimal product movement, conduct scheduling, and address operational challenges. Your capabilities in managing teams and enhancing performance metrics will be essential in maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct loading workforce to fulfill customer requirements

• Plan logistics needs for timely shipments

• Manage weekly scheduling and timecards accurately

• Enhance inventory consistency through process optimization

• Resolve operational problems to minimize costs

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of warehouse supervisory experience

• Experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing preferred

• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and timecard systems

• Forklift Trainer certification highly regarded

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
