In this pivotal role, you will report to the Inventory Manager and support the Inventory Assistant Manager to drive operational efficiency. As a working leader, you will coach employees and volunteers while overseeing the organization and movement of donated goods. Your commitment to safety and productivity will directly enhance WINS' mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily coordination of the inventory team
• Lead and coach staff while achieving operational goals
• Ensure safe handling and organization of donations
• Maintain accurate inventory and efficient processing flow
• Operate material handling equipment safely
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years in warehouse or distribution roles
• 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Forklift certification required
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence necessary
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Demonstrate your leadership and organizational skills to enhance inventory operations at WINS.
