As a Warehouse Associate, you will support essential warehouse operations at The Fastener Group.
Your role involves picking orders, unloading shipments, and performing quality checks to maintain service excellence. You’ll also operate material handling equipment and handle various tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and double-check orders for accuracy
• Unload trucks and stage goods safely
• Process and sort inbound shipments
• Perform put-away tasks on all racking levels
• Organize shelves and maintain warehouse cleanliness
Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and multitask
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 LBS
• Forklift experience is beneficial
• Related warehouse experience is an asset
