Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including unpacking, packing, and repetitively lifting heavy items up to 100 lbs. The role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient handling and movement of goods, supporting the overall operations of the warehouse.

Pay Range:  $20.00 (Base Minimum) - $30.00 per hour
Pay Scale:  Based on Productivity

Shift:  Inquire about shift availability

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Unpack and sort incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.

Pack and prepare items for distribution or storage according to company standards.

Repetitively lift, carry, and move heavy items up to 100 lbs. throughout the shift.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies when needed.

Operate warehouse equipment safely, if required and trained.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

Job Requirements

Access to a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from the job site in SE Calgary, AB.

Ability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly (up to 100 lbs.)

Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and complete a provided training program

Availability for full-time hours and immediate start

Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is an asset but not required
