As a Warehouse Associate reporting to the Operational Leader, you play a key role in adhering to safety procedures and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a focus on efficient loading of customer orders and effective management of warehouse inventory. You will work collaboratively with team members to support superior operations and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

• Load and prepare orders accurately for delivery trucks

• Unload products efficiently from distributor trucks

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Conduct pre-use inspections of all equipment

Requirements:

• GED or equivalent education

• 1-2 years of building materials experience is preferred

• Forklift certificate or related training is an asset

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repetitively

• Strong communication skills with teammates and customers
