- Work a shift in an environment maintained between 4‑6 °C.
- Pick and combine customers’ customized food orders and ship them in containers sorted by delivery routes.
- Meet budget and KPI targets consistently.
- Maintain First In First Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
- Ensure Order Picking Schedule targets are met or exceeded week after week.
- Flag delays per the daily Order Picking Schedule targets.
- Coach and train team members to achieve Order Picking Schedule and Accuracy targets.
- Conduct record‑keeping, error checks, and follow‑ups.
- Ensure overall organization and adherence to policies and procedures throughout the day.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or a high‑paced environment preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a high‑paced warehouse with strict deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a temperature‑controlled environment (0‑10 °C).
- Capable of standing for 10‑hour shifts.
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs (13 kg).
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety awareness required.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or similar communication tools with good written and verbal skills.
- Weekend schedule:
Saturday to Tuesday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. - Hourly wage of $22.25.
- Extended benefits (medical, dental, and life‑insurance) after 90 days of successful full‑time employment.
