Order Picking Lead

We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker to operate in a temperature‑controlled environment, ensuring timely and accurate order picking, adherence to safety standards, and leadership of a small team.

• Operate within a 4–6°C climate during shifts.
• Pick and combine customized food orders into shipping containers, sorted by driver routes.
• Meet budget and KPI targets consistently.
• Maintain First‑In, First‑Out inventory rules.
• Ensure order‑picking schedule targets are met or exceeded.
• Track and flag any delays against the schedule.
• Coach and train team members on schedule and accuracy targets.
• Keep accurate records, perform error checks, and follow up on issues.
• Maintain overall organization and adherence to policies.

• Experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or a high‑paced environment.
• Preferred background in a leadership role.
• Comfortable working under strict deadlines in a temperature‑controlled setting.
• Ability to stand for 10‑hour shifts.
• Capacity to lift up to 30 lb (13 kg).
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools and strong written and verbal skills.

• Weekend schedule:
  Saturday to Tuesday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM.
• Hourly wage: $22.25.
• Extended benefits (medical, dental, life insurance) after 90 days.
