Warehouse Operations Supervisor Position

In this supervisory role, you will oversee team performance, ensuring tasks are performed accurately and safely. With a focus on mentorship and training, you’ll help your team exceed key performance indicators and contribute to a culture of safety. You'll also handle staffing needs and work closely with the Operations Manager on capacity planning and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor team performance against safety and accuracy standards

• Assign tasks based on team skills and available resources

• Mentor and develop relationships with team members

• Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety rules

• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in logistics

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with WMS and MS Office suite
