Position: Full-Time Order Picker
Become an Early Morning Order Picker with Agilus by Synergie in Calgary. This full-time position involves picking grocery orders with precision in a clean, team-focused warehouse environment.

Agilus by Synergie is seeking several Order Pickers for a busy warehouse in North-East Calgary. This physically demanding role requires manual order picking, operating double pallet jacks, and stacking pallets safely. With productivity targets of 1,300-1,600 cases per shift, top performers may receive opportunities for permanent full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and build customer orders accurately every shift

• Operate motorized double pallet jacks following training

• Stack and wrap pallets up to 7 feet high

• Achieve daily productivity targets efficiently

• Handle dry and canned grocery products safely

Requirements:

• Experience with electric pallet jacks strongly preferred

• Previous warehouse order picking experience essential

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Effective in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

• Commit to a full-time, early-morning schedule
