Coordinator, Receiving

Location:

Calgary, AB, CA, T2C 5N5

• Ensure the smooth processing of all incoming materials through the receiving department.
• First point of contact for all incoming drivers on receiving docks.
• Process all paperwork for shipments in a timely, accurate manner.
• Provide direction to the forklift drivers on offload sequence.
• Schedule appointments/timeslots with vendors for live load receipts.
• Maintain kanban/supermarket and coordinate order requirements with Purchaser.
• Receive all inventory into OHM and verify accuracy of the packing slip.
• Lead cycle counts.
• Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure material is undamaged and maintain neatness throughout the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Computer literate (including Microsoft Office software).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment while keeping correct data.
• Working knowledge of order OHM preferred.
