The Warehouse Lead reports directly to the Operations Supervisor and is responsible for overseeing a range of warehouse activities. Your leadership will ensure proper planning, performance management of associates, and the resolution of any issues within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize WMS for accurate inventory control
• Participate in regular inventory counts
• Maintain organized and safe work areas
• Schedule and manage freight deliveries
• Conduct staff training and performance reviews
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Forklift operation and safety knowledge
• Commitment to health and safety standards
Ensure effective warehouse operations and maintain high levels of team productivity in your role as Warehouse Lead.
