Warehouse Associate - Shipper Status:
Regular, Full time

Location:

Calgary, Alberta

Job Description Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping Associate is responsible for ensuring all shipments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES   Inspect all products coming in from the picking floor and verify accuracy against packing slips
Consolidate all products coming in from the picking floor together with their corresponding order
Create Bill of Ladings for outbound shipments
Shrink wrap shipments on skids
Process various courier shipments in their online portals
Use pump truck to move shipments into shipping lanes
Assist customers at Pick-Up Window
Assist drivers for carriers when they arrive
Keep shipping area clean, including outside ramp and under dock doors
Various projects as assigned by Shipping Manager / Shipping Leads
QUALIFICATIONS   Experience in a similar position is an asset
Forklift certification is an asset
Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma completed
Capability to work as a team player
Good Math skills
Good communication skills in English
Able to work with minimal supervision
