Calgary Warehouse Associate at CoolIT Systems

CoolIT Systems, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate in Calgary for its Distribution team. With 2-3 years of warehouse experience, you will manage staging, receiving, and shipping operations.

As a full-time contract Warehouse Associate, you will perform essential tasks related to picking, distributing, and receiving materials. Accurate recording into ERP/WMS systems and operating material handling equipment are crucial aspects of this role. You will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to improve operational efficiency and participate in inventory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage, store, and distribute materials efficiently

• Record data accurately in ERP/WMS systems

• Pack and load outbound shipments carefully

• Assist in daily cycle counts and annual inventory

• Operate material handling equipment safely

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of warehouse operations experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience with Oracle Net Suite ERP/WMS preferred
