Inventory and Returns Associate

Become an essential part of The Authentic T-Shirt Company/San Mar Canada as an Inventory and Returns Associate. This seasonal position in Calgary focuses on inventory management and effective returns processing.

Located in Calgary, the Inventory and Returns Associate plays a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity. Report directly to the Warehouse Manager and oversee cycle counts, defective returns, and organization within the warehouse. Candidates with previous experience in warehouse operations and a keen eye for detail will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage physical inventories and cycle counts efficiently

• Investigate and address inventory discrepancies promptly

• Conduct slotting analysis and product relocations

• Maintain accurate inventory documentation

• Support warehouse operations and uphold safety standards

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Inventory Management preferred

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control

• Proficient in spreadsheet applications and internal systems

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
